Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GHLThemer ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

GHLThemer is a SaaS platform for finding and pitching local-business clients. Its primary feature, Lead Finder with the Opportunity Scanner, returns publicly-available business data (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and publicly-posted emails), analyses each business’s public website to produce an opportunity score and a list of detected issues (e.g. missing SSL, slow mobile performance, no contact form), and can AI-draft an outreach email or text message that you review and send yourself. Lead Finder use is governed by Section 6 below.

As an optional add-on, the Service also includes a page-themingtool that injects custom CSS onto GoHighLevel (GHL) pages via a lightweight embed script — delivered through a script tag placed in your GHL custom code section. No GHL API credentials or OAuth tokens are required or collected. GHLThemer is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a marketplace application of HighLevel Inc.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared between individuals unless using an Agency plan with team member invitations.

GHLThemer offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

International payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Pakistan-based payments are processed by Safepay. All payments are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Free trials (7 days) are available for new accounts. After the trial, the account reverts to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is activated.

Agency plan holders may invite up to 5 team members to collaborate under a shared workspace. The agency owner is responsible for all activity by team members invited to their agency.

White-label features allow agencies to present the platform under their own branding to their clients. GHLThemer retains ownership of all underlying technology.

Lead Finder returns business data sourced from the Google Places API and the businesses’ own public websites (homepage + common contact pages). The data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and publicly-posted emails where available. This is data about third parties— not about you, the user of the Service.

By using Lead Finder, you agree to:

• Use the data solely for legitimate B2B outreach to the businesses identified.
• Comply with all applicable laws when contacting businesses you discover, including GDPR / PECR (EU/UK), CAN-SPAM and the TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction, as well as the terms and messaging policies of any third-party platform you use (such as WhatsApp). Rules differ between individuals and registered companies — you are responsible for knowing which apply to your recipients.
• Honor opt-out and removal requests promptly when you receive them.
• Not resell, share, or redistribute lead data exported from the Service to any third party.
• Not use the data to send automated SMS, robocalls, or other communications that violate telecom or anti-spam regulations.
• Not use the data to harass, defraud, or harm the businesses identified.

GHLThemer does not send messages on your behalf. The Service provides data discovery, organization, export, and an optional Contact feature that uses AI to draft an email or text message and opens it in your ownapplication — your email client, your messaging app (SMS or WhatsApp), or your phone’s dialer — for you to review and send. We never transmit messages to recipients. When you reach out through a third-party messaging platform such as WhatsApp, your use of that platform is also subject to that platform’s own terms and messaging policies, which you are responsible for following. You are solely responsiblefor the content, recipients, frequency, legal compliance, opt-out handling, and consequences of any outreach you conduct — whether via the Contact feature or your own tools.

Our use of the Google Places API is governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Detection results for each domain are cached in a shared internal cache for up to 30 days and then refreshed. Business owners who wish to be removed from this cache may contact support@ghlthemer.com with their domain.

If we receive credible reports that you are using the Service to send spam, conduct harassment, or violate outreach laws, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice and without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Inject malicious code, trackers, or scripts designed to harm end users
• Circumvent GHL's platform terms of service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the GHLThemer platform itself
• Abuse API endpoints, overwhelm infrastructure, or conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Conduct outreach using Lead Finder data in violation of Section 6
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

GHLThemer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GHLThemer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any custom CSS, themes, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant GHLThemer a limited license to store and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.

We target 99.9% uptime for the CSS delivery endpoint. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The embed script is designed with a 3-second safety timeout so that GHL pages always render even if the Service is temporarily unavailable.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHLThemer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
